HIMO C26 MAX Commuter Electric Road Bike

After asking so many times for a solution, a new sensor or a replacement of the bike, because the bike’s motor sensor didn’t work at all, eventhough it was brand new bike, they didn’t help me further!! Their customer support service is really BAD! They don’t even talk professionally to their customers! They just send some unproffesional email answers and don’t even bother to seek for a proper solution for your problem! After a while, they won’t even reply to your emails anymore! So, you’ll get all this “luxurious treatment” included after paying a lot of money for your bike! Be aware and advised, you won’t be helped properly!! Am very disappointed in your customer service and the bike also!

I ordered the HIMO C26 MAX over a week ago, expecting to receive it within the 3-5 day delivery window prominently displayed on their website after entering my address. Instead, I’ve experienced nothing but delays and excuses.

When I reached out to HIMO customer service, they informed me—only after I contacted them—that the "logistics company from August 14th to 18th is on holiday." Their response? "We hope you can understand." Understand? Why wasn’t this communicated upfront? I had to chase them for an explanation. This is not how you treat a customer who trusted you to deliver on your promises.

But the story doesn’t end there. I replied, expressing how unacceptable this delay was and demanded either a prompt delivery or a full refund. Their response? They offered me a free fingerprint lock that would take an additional 15-20 days to arrive as "compensation." This feels like a slap in the face. I am beyond frustrated—this is an insult, not a solution.

It’s clear that HIMO doesn’t value their customers. They’ve shown zero respect for my time or trust. I will never buy anything from them again, and I strongly urge others to steer clear of this company.

When i am walking with cycle and take on the cycle electric mode. After a while motor start. And it is not stoping until i stop by break. And another problem is 1level mode is 15 kmh it is too much. It would be 10and second bar 15 and 3bar can be 25

Bought my Himo C26 nearly a year ago through a third party seller and I am so glad I bought this E-Bike. The range is amazing as is the battery life. I have cycled over 800 miles so far and loving it. Hills are no problem at all where I live and we have some BIG ONES. Battery recovery is excellent and the front suspension is really nice once you set it to your own custom feel. At the time of purchase this bike was a bargain and still is even now after nearly a year. Compared to most 5k E-Bikes with under half the range I would choose this bike hands down each time.

This bike is berfect. Light, easy to manage and looks really nice. Definately i would recomend the bike. 😊
