This scooter is everything you would expect! After riding first time, it's clear to me that they took time on the safety of this scooter as the features are on top of their preventative game. The hand braking system works well. Doesn't take forever to stop & it doesn't nearly throw you off when breaking but you need to hold on securely at all times. When you brake, especially while going faster speeds, do not stand up straight & stiffly, instead, when you brake bend your knees a little and go into the motion of the braking just a bit to help it and not give negative resistance.r out in public anywhere for too long. This is an all around great scooter and for the price as well!
