Ordered a Bike, was delivered 4 days later, unfortunately it was damaged, which can always happen during Transportaktion, Himo service reacted within minutes after my complaining, damaged Bike was picked up and new bike was delivered without damage just 5 days after my complainment. I am absolutely Happy with the bike. Range with fully loaded Akku est. 80 km.
The bike is greatly build! Only the tire is reversed attached to the wheel. And there was a little damage to the Standard. The assistance is a little bad accurate.
